  3. If your order has not been shipped, we will proceed with the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

  4. If your order has already been shipped, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the items. Once we receive the returned products in their original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund, minus any shipping fees.

Additional Terms:

  • In the event of order cancellation, a cancellation fee of 25% will be applied. This fee is necessary to cover processing, handling, and restocking costs associated with canceled orders.

  • The 25% cancellation fee is applied to account for the resources, time, and effort invested in processing orders from the point of purchase to the potential cancellation.   • Please be aware that this fee will be deducted from the total refund amount issued for the canceled order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Please Note:

  • Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled until they are returned to us.

  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation or return, depending on their production status.

  • Any fees imposed during the cancellation process (e.g., return shipping costs) are the responsibility of the customer.
