To ensure a smooth refund process, please use a trackable shipping service. Tech Life Centres is not responsible for lost or missing packages.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a refund receipt via email.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

If the returned item is not in its original condition or packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or charge a restocking fee.

Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective.
