Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items.

  • Used products or items damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@techlifecentres.com. In your email, provide a detailed reason for the return and include pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the product.

  3. Ship the product to the following address:

  4. To ensure a smooth refund process, please use a trackable shipping service. Tech Life Centres is not responsible for lost or missing packages.

  5. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a refund receipt via email.

Please Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition or packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
